Job Title: Region Manager, Sales & Operations (North & West Texas)
Reports To: General Manager
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Plan + Commission Plan

Job Duties:
Manage and build a team of sales & service reps for each product line. (Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, and Automation)
Implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Assist with sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Manage business processes within Region such as inventory management, sales management, and continuous improvement.
Ensures safety policies and programs are implemented and enforced
Perform market analyses to determine customer needs
Hire, train, motivate and direct support staff for district
Assigns sales territory or customers to sales representatives.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote ALL products
Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison between sales district and other departments.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Assists other departments within organization to prepare product manuals, technical publications and marketing materials.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Assists in product research and development as well as case studies.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of related experience in an organization of significant size and complexity, including specialized experience in Artificial Lift.
Sales experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
At least 5years of management experience is required.
College degree highly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
